help!

Now then. This page isn't done yet. But its not going to be a page telling you how to use this site, make a cup of tea or indeed anything else.

What this page is for is to help our clients interact with designers. We're not going to be teaching you to suck eggs or anything of the sort - all of the people we work with are experts in their field. However, many of our clients haven't worked with designers before and there is a definite process to follow to ensure that we deliver what you want. That is to say, you must tell us. If not, its a bit like buying an ideal birthday present for someone you don't know and have never met.

So, this page will contain a guide to writing a brief (without which we will do nothing by the way), a briefing form, terms and conditions, when to make stage payments, how to supply pictures and text to us, a basic grounding in resolutions for print and the web and the difference between Pantone, RGB and CMYK.

And much much more (as all the cheesiest ads say)
